Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management and marketing oversight.
• Regular/daily on-site attendance required.
• Ensure lease documentation, follow-up, and reporting are up to date.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence.
• Address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Assist in marketing plan and budget development.
• Monitor leasing progress and occupancy targets.
• Supervise staff training and performance management.
• Maintain property knowledge and monitor market conditions.
