Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage all Portfolio Administration services for a specific team/account
• Oversee associates and daily operations to meet deadlines
• Provide leadership to maximize technology and improve processes
• Support new hire onboarding and training
• Build trust and strong relationships within the team
• Ensure account needs are met across the team
• Propose new policies and procedures for efficiency
• Maintain and update process playbooks
• Support timely reporting to senior leadership and clients
• Handle monthly rent and other critical client reporting
• Collaborate with Transaction Management, Facilities Management, Legal, and other divisions as needed
• Support department and company initiatives and uphold standards
• Demonstrate urgency to meet deadlines
• Stay updated on industry standards and trends
