Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) in San Francisco to oversee a portfolio for a client, lead property staff, and ensure compliance with policies and leases. You will manage lease administration, monitor collections, develop annual inspection and budgets, and coordinate construction projects with tenants and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate property management, strong financial acumen, and a real estate license or CPM/RPA/CSM designation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and complete required inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
• Interface with third-party owners and accounting for reporting and contract compliance.
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work with client and vendors.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings and ensure cross-team communication.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal teams.
