Philadelphia Housing Authority is seeking a Learning and Talent Development Specialist reporting to the Manager, Learning and Talent Development – PHA University. The Specialist coordinates elements of the Authority-wide learning and development strategy and delivers talent management programs, training, and performance capacity building with PHA leaders.

The role focuses on creating content, managing the LMS, developing programs, evaluating initiatives, coordinating Education Assistance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of directly related experience.
• Experience creating learning content and devising L&D initiatives aligned to organizational priorities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and skills training.
• Create or source training materials and manuals.
• Configure and maintain the LMS; troubleshoot issues.
• Develop training programs to improve performance.
• Evaluate learning activities and report outcomes.
• Organize training venues and logistics for attendance.
• Support Education Assistance Program coordination.
