Job summary

Edward Jones in the United States is seeking a Learning Performance Consultant to shape and execute learning resources for Level Leaders, Field Trainer Leaders, and Field Trainers. You will partner with business leaders to translate outcomes into performance objectives and high-impact learning journeys.

You will lead cross-functional design, apply adult learning principles, and mentor teammates while measuring impact across the firm.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning, performance consultation, or similar role with proven impact.
• Proficient understanding of the Financial Services Industry and Talent Management, with specialization in at least one discipline.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders to translate strategy into performance outcomes and learning objectives.
• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning initiatives within a cross-functional team.
• Apply learner experience research and adult learning principles to design and optimize learning experiences for business outcomes.
• Design research projects, define KPIs, and implement feedback loops to evaluate impact and future needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to curate learning resources.
• Mentor design teammates and support internal talent development.
• Stay current on Learning & Development practices and pilot new approaches to accelerate business outcomes.
