This role partners with leaders to translate business needs into learning roadmaps, designs, pilots, launches, and improvements that are grounded in day-to-day operations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diagnose business performance challenges and identify workforce gaps.
• Apply a consulting approach to determine training vs. process improvements.
• Understand frontline operations like branch banking and member services.
• Connect learning to business outcomes and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic Learning & Development partner for assigned business areas.
• Identify capability gaps and shape learning strategies tied to business goals.
• Collaborate with learning designers, change management, and analytics teams to design and launch initiatives.
