This role partners with leaders to identify capability gaps, shape learning roadmaps, and measure impact, collaborating with designers, change management, and analytics to ensure programs meet business needs and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR with a consulting focus.
• Ability to translate performance needs into practical development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic Learning & Development partner for assigned business areas.
• Identify capability gaps, clarify performance needs, and shape learning strategies.
• Collaborate with learning designers, facilitators, change management, and measurement teams.
