Advanced instructional design and facilitation skills will translate complex needs into practical programs, delivered across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Eight+ years in learning and development, HR, business, or managerial roles.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning solutions for business audiences.
• Extensive experience in Business Credit, commercial banking, or related financial services.
