Job summary

BMO U.S. seeks a Learning Program Coordinator to support professional development across its Commercial Bank. You will manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and participant support for multiple programs, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

Emphasis on collaboration with SMEs and leaders to continuously improve learner experience. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and a post-secondary degree; banking exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Emphasis on execution and accuracy in deliverables
• Banking experience preferred is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end administration of learning programs across the U.S. Commercial Bank
• Schedule logistics, registrations, communications, rosters, and reporting
• Maintain and update learning calendars, materials, and participant records
• Partner with SMEs, facilitators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to drive program improvements
• Support instructor-led and virtual training sessions and related events
