As a trusted advisor, you’ll translate organizational needs into learning roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are relevant, measurable, and grounded in day-to-day

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources with a consulting focus.
• Diagnosing business performance challenges and identifying workforce capability gaps.
• Understanding frontline operations such as branch banking, contact centers, lending, or member service functions.
• Connecting learning and capability development to business outcomes and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and shape learning strategies.
• Translate data, insights, and feedback into clear development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with designers, change management, and measurement teams to design, pilot, and launch learning initiatives.
