Forvis Mazars US seeks a Learning & Development Business Partner to design, develop, manage, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that strengthen team capability and enhance the member experience.

You will partner with senior leaders and Talent Development to diagnose capability gaps and create practical solutions, spanning leadership, business, and professional growth across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in learning and development or related role.
• Experience in leadership development, instructional design, facilitation, or related areas preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with firmwide leaders to translate insights into learning solutions.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders to support leadership growth and team effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences across the firm.
• Facilitate learning programs, leadership sessions, and development experiences with credibility.
• Coordinate flagship and firmwide programs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead needs analyses, focus groups, and diagnostic efforts to inform learning strategies.
