Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner in the Charlotte/Atlanta footprint to design, develop, and deliver high‑impact learning experiences. You will partner with senior leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to diagnose capability gaps and create practical, measurable solutions that strengthen capabilities and the overall team member experience.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 3–5 years in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, HR, instructional design, facilitation, or related role.
CPA is a plus / preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with firmwide leaders and stakeholders to identify learning priorities and translate into impactful solutions.
Serve as a strategic Talent Development partner to senior leaders and teams.
Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences and workshops across the firm.
Facilitate programs, leadership sessions, focus groups, and development experiences with credibility and adult learning principles.
Coordinate flagship programs, firmwide events, conferences, and learning initiatives with cross-functional partners.
Lead or support needs analyses, diagnostic efforts, and learning strategy updates.
