Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an HR Business Partner in our Springfield office to serve as a strategic partner to Firm Leaders. The role involves translating business strategy into talent, organization, and culture priorities while applying deep HR expertise to solve people and business challenges.

You will partner with leaders to implement talent, performance, and engagement initiatives, drive workforce planning, and support risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in HRBP or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Firm Leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Own talent strategy and workforce planning for assigned client group.
• Lead onboarding, performance processes, and development planning to enhance employee experience.
• Analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliant application of HR policies and risk management.
