Job summary

Hillman Group is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate programs that boost performance and engagement. You will own the Dayforce Learning platform, manage learning plans, groups, and dashboards, and lead quarterly development initiatives across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR leadership, HRBPs, and business leaders to drive adoption, curate curricula, and administer enterprise leadership programs and vendor relationships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Proven experience in learning and development, organizational development, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize work in the L&OD portfolio.
• Curate and launch the quarterly professional development curriculum aligned to leadership frameworks.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate enterprise leadership programs and materials.
• Partner on talent management processes and develop guides for employees and managers.
• Design site-specific learning solutions for distribution centers and manufacturing sites.
• Measure impact with evaluation surveys and dashboards and translate results into recommendations.
