Job summary

Hilltop Holdings is seeking an SVP, Director of Human Resources to guide enterprise-wide HR initiatives and partner with business leaders. The role focuses on talent, culture, leadership development, and Learning & Development while providing hands-on HR support to corporate functions.

Reporting to the CHRO, the Director will lead a team of HR and Learning & Development professionals and collaborate with HR Shared Services to deliver people strategies that drive growth and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• SHRM/SPHR or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution for enterprise-wide HR initiatives including talent, culture, performance and succession planning.
• Oversee HR and Learning & Development programs, including LMS and AI adoption training.
• Provide day-to-day HR partnership to corporate functions and oversee a team of HR professionals.
• Partner with ChRO and HR leaders to ensure compliant, effective employment practices and governance.
• Serve as a culture steward and trusted advisor to executives across Hilltop Holdings.
