Job summary

The Hillman Group in Parkdale, OH is seeking an Learning & Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate programs that boost employee performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will serve as the primary administrator of the Dayforce Learning platform, owning learning plans, groups, course loading, testing, and reporting dashboards, and you will curate quarterly leadership development plans across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Experience in learning and development or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs.
• Manage enterprise leadership programs and learning vendor relations.
• Administer the learning management system and ensure course delivery.
