Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

This role serves as the primary administrator of the Dayforce Learning platform – owning learning plans, groups, course loading and reporting dashboards – and curates quarterly professional development plans that build leadership capability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Proven experience in learning and development, organizational development, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence tools in learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance and capability gaps; conduct needs assessments and prioritize work through the L&OD portfolio.
• Curate, build, and launch the quarterly professional development curriculum (4Ls) for individual contributors and people leaders.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate enterprise leadership programs with materials and co-facilitation.
• Partner on enterprise talent management processes: goal setting, reviews, talent and succession planning.
• Design and deploy site-specific learning solutions using blended microlearning and trainer materials.
• Measure impact with surveys and dashboards; translate results into improvement recommendations.
• Drive program adoption via learning communications, campaigns, and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and HR Compliance to deploy required training across US/Canada/Mexico and maintain records.
• Administer the LMS to enable program delivery and resolve learner access issues.
