Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience designing and managing leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness with data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide learning strategy aligned with goals.
• Assess skill gaps and create scalable learning solutions.
• Build a structured learning roadmap for onboarding, leadership, and development.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership programs for leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to strengthen management effectiveness.
• Oversee training programs across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Ensure content is engaging and aligned with business objectives.
• Support performance management, development planning, and mobility.
• Promote continuous learning culture and data-informed improvements.
• Manage LMS, training records, and administration.
• Track participation, completion, and compliance; analyze outcomes.
