Job summary

US Conec Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to support the delivery and continuous improvement of employee and leadership development programs across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Employee Experience, business leaders, and employees to drive impactful learning initiatives, enhance capability development, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Talent Development, or related areas.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating and delivering employee training programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
• Analytical skills with ability to track, interpret, and report training data.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, materials, and communications.
• Maintain LMS administration, course assignments, learner records, and reporting.
• Design and enhance training materials and e-learning content.
• Partner with L&D Manager to design scalable learning solutions aligned with business goals.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programs.
