Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to drive employee and leadership development programs across the organization. You will partner with HR, Employee Experience, and business leaders to deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability and culture.

You will facilitate sessions, coordinate logistics, manage LMS, and analyze training outcomes to improve programs and impact across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Talent Development, or related field.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating and delivering employee training programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding, and professional development for employees and leaders.
• Support leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, materials, communications, and administration.
• Manage learning program calendars across departments for timely execution.
• Assist in creating and maintaining training materials, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Partner with L&D Manager to design scalable learning solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Employee Experience to identify development needs.
• Serve as a resource on learning opportunities and development pathways.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor participation, completion rates, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain training documentation and learning records.
• Track learning metrics and report on program impact.
