You will design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership, drive business performance, and build capability across the organization, partnering with leaders to identify development opportunities.

• Experience leading learning and leadership development programs.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the organization’s learning and development strategy.
• Designs and delivers leadership, performance, and organizational development programs.
• Oversees onboarding, safety, and compliance training.
• Builds leadership programs for supervisors and managers.
• Measures training impact with data-driven approaches.
• Collaborates with executives to align learning with strategy.
• Manages LMS and external training partnerships.
