Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in Northern California is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness strategy across the business.

You will design and deliver programs that build capability, strengthen leadership, and drive performance; partner with leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience in HR/OD/LD or related area.
• Experience supervising direct reports and working in large organizations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements learning and development strategy aligned with goals.
• Designs programs including performance improvement and leadership development.
• Oversees training programs: onboarding, safety, compliance, and professional development.
• Builds leadership programs for frontline to senior leaders.
• Assesses training effectiveness using data-driven metrics and adjusts programs.
• Manages LMS, external training sources, and budgets for learning initiatives.
