Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in Northern California is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead the learning and organizational effectiveness strategy across the property. You will design and deliver programs that build leadership capability, improve performance, and align talent with strategic priorities.

Collaborating with executives, you will drive change management, succession planning, and measurement of training impact to enhance guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Project Management, or related field.
• Five years of related experience and/or training in HR, L&D, or organizational development, including three years supervising direct reports.
• Experience working in large, complex, and diverse organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with LMS/HRIS and e-learning platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the organization’s learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Designs and executes learning programs including performance improvement, organizational and leadership development, change management and competency development.
• Builds leadership development programs and assesses training effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
• Oversees LMS administration, training records, and budgeting for training initiatives.
