Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning experience design, talent development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing effective learning solutions from analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and subject matter expertise into clear, engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with L&D, HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to understand learning and performance needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to clarify outcomes, recommend appropriate solutions, and identify when alternatives to training may address a need.
• Design and develop learner-centered learning journeys, programs, resources, and experiences using instructional design, learning experience design, and adult learning principles.
• Lead the design and development of assigned learning solutions from initial analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate select virtual and in-person learning experiences, workshops, and programs.
