Job summary

You will design learner-centered journeys, lead development from analysis to evaluation, and facilitate sessions while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve learner impact. Strong consulting and collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience designing and developing learning solutions from analysis through evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to understand needs and support business objectives.
• Experience facilitating virtual and/or in-person learning experiences.
• Experience with learning technologies and content development tools, including Articulate 360.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with L&D, HR, leaders, and SMEs to understand learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design and develop learner-centered learning journeys, programs, resources, and experiences.
• Lead design and development from initial analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate select virtual and in-person learning experiences, workshops, and programs.
• Use feedback and data to evaluate and continuously improve learning solutions.
