Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, HR consulting, or organizational effectiveness in the technology industry.
• Consulting skills including needs assessment and solution design grounded in business context.
• Stakeholder management, negotiation, mediation, and respectful challenge with business leaders.
• Experience proposing and implementing high-value, multimodal learning solutions beyond traditional instructor-led training.
• Experience with data, KPI definition, measurement, and translating learning impact into business language.
• Experience with learning platforms and tools such as LMS, Udemy, and others.
• Experience working in a function such as R&D, Sales, or Finance.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CSX leaders and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and enablement opportunities.
• Represent CSX enablement needs in planning cycles and prioritization conversations.
• Conduct needs assessments using diagnostic frameworks before recommending solutions.
• Translate business goals and KPIs into multimodal learning journeys.
• Incorporate third-party content, internal programs, embedded learning, and peer development.
