Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and facilitate employee training across the organization. You will partner with HR and department leaders to assess needs, build learning solutions, and deliver programs in classroom and virtual settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Professional certification in Learning and Development or Training preferred (e.g., CPTD, APTD).
• 4+ years designing, developing, and delivering employee learning programs in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer and facilitate employee learning and development programs.
• Partner with leadership and department heads to assess training needs and deliver solutions.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate related activities.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions and track outcomes.
• Support process improvements and employee engagement through learning initiatives.
