Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to shape training for Celebrity Cruises' sales teams and travel advisor channels. The role reports to the Senior Director, Trade Marketing and requires leading a team of trainers, developing scalable learning solutions, and measuring impact.

The position emphasizes strategic design, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and driving measurable business outcomes through innovative training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in learning and development, sales training, marketing, or sales enablement.
• Cruise/travel industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Miami-based role with ~25% travel to ships and events.
• Experience developing large-scale learning initiatives and ROI measurement.
• Proficiency with Power BI, LMS platforms, and Canva for content design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales training strategies aligned with priorities.
• Partner with Sales leaders to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of training for internal sales teams and travel advisors.
• Establish curricula supporting onboarding, product education, and leadership development.
• Oversee multiple formats: ILT, webinars, e-learning, and blended learning.
• Measure training impact with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
