Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development for Celebrity Cruises in Miami to shape learning strategies and execute innovative training programs for the Sales organization and travel advisor channels.

The role leads design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives, partnering with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to boost performance, product knowledge, and revenue through engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development.
• Cruise/travel industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing large-scale learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales training strategies aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Identify performance gaps and learning opportunities with Sales leadership.
• Lead design, development, implementation and improvement of training for internal Sales teams.
• Create curricula that support onboarding, product education, and leadership development.
• Oversee learning content, technologies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Measure program impact and continuously improve learning programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging training across formats.
