Job summary

UCFS is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to design and oversee training programs for a diverse healthcare workforce. You will partner with leadership, design microlearning, and implement performance evaluation improvements across the agency.

The role requires 5+ years of training design/delivery, 3+ years of direct reports, and PM/Lean/Six Sigma certification. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Health, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of five years designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences across multiple departments.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing direct reports and driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Build stakeholder committees and coordinate training opportunities across departments.
• Identify training needs through surveys and research and create microlearning experiences.
• Establish SMEs and oversee promotion, scheduling, and delivery of training programs.
• Implement evaluation systems and train employees on performance management.
