Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
• CPLP credential preferred; ATF Processor license Ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Learning and Development culture across sites to deliver high-value content.
• Develop and implement training programs and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Administer training, evaluate progress, and ensure benchmarks are met.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Cornerstone LMS and manage training events.
