• Oversee regional training center operations and RDLC standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire Technical Trainers.
• Develop and evolve technician training pathways and curricula.
• Travel up to 30% to Peterson stores and external sites.
• Monitor budgets and measure program outcomes for ROI.
