Job summary

You will design and oversee Peterson University, partner with Talent Acquisition, and drive scalable training frameworks, including non‑RDLC centers, professional and leadership development, and safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years managing a technical training program.
• Experience designing and accrediting adult education programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Peterson University and training initiatives.
• Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee regional training centers and scalable training programs for technicians and staff.
