Peterson Holding Company seeks a Director of Learning & Development based in San Leandro, CA or Hillsboro, OR to lead a companywide training strategy for technical staff and people leaders.

You will design and oversee Peterson University, partner with Talent Acquisition, and drive scalable training frameworks, including non‑RDLC centers, professional and leadership development, and safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years managing a technical training program.
• Experience designing and accrediting adult education programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to Peterson University and training initiatives.
• Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee regional training centers and scalable training programs for technicians and staff.
