Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas seeks a Learning & Development Specialist II to design, coordinate, and deliver training across the organization. The role supports enterprise learning, facilitates programs, and partners with HR, leadership, and SMEs to ensure training aligns with business needs and compliance.

The position involves developing content, implementing global L&D initiatives, and tracking metrics to demonstrate impact on performance and growth within a complex manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs.
• Support enterprise learning programs and LMS system administration.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Develop curriculum, instructional design, facilitation, and project management for various training.
• Establish metrics and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
• Prepare monthly HR-related reports and analytics for leadership review.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to training programs.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors.
