Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating seeks a Lean Practitioner to lead and facilitate quality, process, and performance improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will teach and mentor continuous improvement tools across the organization while owning improvement projects and influencing many teams.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, applying data analytics, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable improvements and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Lean Black Belt certification with 10+ years Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with a Lean Business System based on Toyota Lean.
• Experience with financial-impact driven improvement selection and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze documents; write reports.
• Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to achieve measurable process improvements.
• Collect and use data, statistics, and a structured approach to drive decisions.
• Teach, coach, and install best practices across the organization.
• Coach cross-functional teams and foster trust, collaboration and result orientation.
• Assist leaders with project prioritization and initiation.
• Drive projects as the owner and support cross-functional teams to targets.
