Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors, LLC is seeking a Learning Strategy Instructional Designer to join its Global Learning team on a hybrid arrangement at Willis Tower. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, measurable learning solutions that align with strategic goals and elevate learner engagement.

The candidate should bring creative design expertise and strong project execution, with experience across eLearning, ILT, VILT, and blended approaches, and be able to collaborate with business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional instructional design experience
• Experience designing across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning)
• Strong command of ADDIE and ISD frameworks
• Experience designing learner-centered programs
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Rise
• Hands-on LMS experience (Cornerstone preferred)
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability
• Experience in a corporate/enterprise environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, job aids)
• Apply instructional design best practices to align programs with objectives
• Assess learner needs and business constraints to select effective modalities
• Create high-quality digital content using Articulate 360 and Rise
• Publish and maintain content in an LMS (Cornerstone preferred)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives with clear timelines
• Lead or support train-the-trainer sessions and facilitator enablement
• Develop stakeholder communications, plans, and deployment materials
• Establish learning measurement strategies and track effectiveness with feedback tools
• Iterate learning solutions based on data and changing priorities
• Audit and improve existing assets to maintain quality and consistency
• Utilize project management tools and workflows to stay organized
