Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer – Learning Strategy for a large airline/aviation client. This role designs, develops, and evaluates scalable learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, and more, partnering with SMEs and leaders.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on design, applying ADDIE/ISD, Articulate 360, and LMS expertise while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in instructional design and learning development.
• Experience across eLearning, ILT/VILT, microlearning, and performance support.
• Strong ADDIE/ISD knowledge and instructional design best practices.
• Proficient with Articulate 360 and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, job aids, videos, performance support).
• Assess learner needs and determine the most effective learning modality aligned with objectives.
• Apply ADDIE/ISD to create learner-centered solutions aligned with goals.
• Publish and manage content within an LMS, with Cornerstone experience preferred.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and validate content.
• Independently manage multiple learning projects and timelines.
• Facilitate ILT and train-the-trainer sessions with ready-to-use materials.
• Establish learning metrics and analyze feedback to drive improvements.
• Utilize Qualtrics or similar tools to collect stakeholder feedback.
• Support large-scale, cross-functional learning initiatives in a complex environment.
