- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
- Attends and successfully completes all job-required trainings and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement business plans and staffing goals.
- Monitor productivity and analyze reports to meet facility objectives.
- Ensure training and compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
- Hire, promote, coach, teach, and evaluate associates and leaders in the area.
