Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee implementation of the facility business plan to meet goals.
• Review staffing forecasts to ensure adequate workload coverage.
• Manage expenses against budget and monitor asset utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics and Walmart quality and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the facility leadership and talent within the team.
