Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a senior management role in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail.
• 2 years as Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager or 5 years in senior management in a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and oversee implementation of the facility business plan to meet goals.
• Review staffing forecasts to ensure adequate workload coverage.
• Manage expenses against budget and monitor asset utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics and Walmart quality and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the facility leadership and talent within the team.
