Job summary

Dematic seeks a Director, Learning & Strategic Capability Building to translate business strategy into a multi-year capability roadmap and a cohesive skills architecture. You will design, build, deliver and measure multi-modal learning sequences, embedding future skills into everyday work and talent practices.

You will lead a specialist team, partner with IT and operating units, and forecast future skills using workforce data and external signals to drive prioritised investments across regions.

Qualifications

• Significant learning, capability building or organisational development experience in a complex multinational organisation.
• Track record translating strategy into enterprise capability frameworks and learning portfolios with sustained adoption.
• Experience leading enterprise reskilling and delivering engaging learning across modalities.
• Strong command of workforce data, learning analytics and evidence-based investment cases.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a multi-year capability roadmap and skills architecture.
• Design, build, deliver and measure learning sequences across digital, facilitated and on-the-job modalities.
• Lead a specialist team across skills intelligence, learning architecture and digital capability.
• Partner with IT and learning partners to align learning with technology and processes.
• Measure proficiency, behaviour change and business outcomes to guide investments.
• Lead and align capability priorities with senior stakeholders across regions.
