Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Business Learning Consultant to drive innovative learning solutions for our technical audiences. You will partner with the business to translate intent into effective learning products, using a customer-focused, iterative approach and independently solve problems.

You will own the learning lifecycle from needs through design, delivery, and evaluation, collaborating across teams and championing an MVP-first strategy to quickly test

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning or performance consulting.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
