GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking a Black Belt Project Manager to drive enterprise-wide initiatives across divisions in Northern California. You will partner with executives to move projects from idea to implementation and post-evaluation, delivering measurable impact.

You will manage plans, budgets and KPIs while applying Lean Six Sigma methods to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience across locations. Travel within Northern California is required.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to create plans, budgets, timelines and KPIs.
• Proven track record presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from initiation to rollout within time, scope and budget.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align goals and decisions.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, risk assessments and communications.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to improve processes and outcomes.
• Drive change management and adoption of new processes and technology.
