You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and implement new processes with effective change management to improve efficiency and financial results.

The role requires developing employees' Six Sigma skills, managing charters, budgets, schedules, and KPI tracking while delivering measurable cost savings and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects with Executive Management.
• Manage multiple complex projects with structured PM methodologies.
• Develop charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Ensure projects are on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC to improve processes.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Present findings through dashboards and executive reports.
