Job summary

Holt of California is seeking a Project Manager to lead Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will develop project charters, manage budgets and schedules, and coach Green Belts to drive measurable cost savings and productivity gains.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 5+ years in project management, and strong analytical and communication skills. Located in Pleasant Grove, CA, with extensive cross-functional collaboration and leadership

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and 5+ years in project management.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and traditional PM methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects with Executive Management.
• Manage multiple complex projects with structured PM methodologies.
• Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC to improve processes.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and waste elimination.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Present findings through dashboards, executive reports, and presentations.
• Measure project financial impact including cost savings and productivity gains.
• Coach Green Belts and project team members in Six Sigma methodologies.
