Job summary

Holt of California is seeking a Project Manager to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead Six Sigma and Lean projects, work with Executive Management, and develop charters, schedules, and budgets to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and coaching Green Belts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide, divisional and department Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects? working directly with Executive Management.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using structured project management methodologies.
• Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies to improve business processes.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and waste elimination activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize statistical tools to identify trends and validate process improvements.
• Present findings through dashboards, executive reports, and business presentations.
• Measure project financial impact including cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity gains.
• Establish measurable project goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams across divisions and departments. Influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Coach Green Belts and project team members in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, Kaizen events, and executive presentations.
• Develop organizational change management plans.
• Drive user adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Identify organizational barriers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Maintain project documentation and project portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.
• Support strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives.
