Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects with Executive Management.
• Manage multiple complex projects with structured project management methodologies.
• Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies to improve processes.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and waste elimination.
