Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bend, OR is seeking a Recruiting Partner to act as a strategic hiring partner for the Main Office and leadership hiring across the company. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across professional, corporate, technical and leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Executive search or agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Solid understanding of recruiting analytics and labor market trends; ability to apply data to decisions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and Main Office roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, assessment, offers, and candidate experience.
• Partner with Compensation and hiring leaders to align offers with market conditions, internal equity, and pay philosophy.
• Provide labor market intelligence, compensation insights, and workforce planning input to improve hiring quality and outcomes.
• Develop proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill roles using talent mapping, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Coach hiring leaders on interviewing practices, candidate assessment, and employer branding to strengthen hiring capability.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and support recruiting technology initiatives such as Paradox; participate in Talent Acquisition projects.
