Job summary

You will coach leaders on interviewing, use Workday and sourcing platforms, monitor recruiting analytics, and drive improvements to candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning.
• Executive search or agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and labor market trends.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
