Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a senior strategic sourcing leader to build and scale an indirect procurement program, focusing on enterprise technology, SaaS, data, security, and platform vendors. You will partner with Legal and Finance to shape commercial terms, governance, and renewal discipline.

You will establish processes, spend visibility, and value-tracking while delivering practical tools and scorecards to drive better vendor decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, vendor governance, or enterprise vendor management.
• Experience building or maturing sourcing processes, contract lifecycle governance, and renewal management.
• Significant experience sourcing and negotiating enterprise technology platforms, SaaS, software licensing, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• 55% Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation for in-scope non-product vendors and enterprise platforms.
• 25% Vendor Governance, Renewal Visibility & Contract Repository discipline.
• 20% Buildout of tooling, templates, and vendor value-tracking with Finance partnership.
