You will partner with Instructional Design, HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, and Internal Communications to identify learning needs and deliver solutions that build capability, support career growth, and align with Mountain America's Talent Philosophy, values, leadership framework and skills strategy.

Qualifications

• Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of employee and leadership development programs.
• Partners with HR Business Partners, Instructional Design, and stakeholders to translate business needs into learning priorities.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness using KPIs and data analytics to continuously improve programs.
